These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game Battle Joker Round ("Game" or "Service") provided by Compass Vizio Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and platform requirements to use the Service.

If you are under the age required by your local jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • Exploit software bugs.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

7. Game Updates and Balancing

The Company may modify any aspect of the Service, including:

  • Game rules
  • Card abilities
  • Reward structures
  • Events
  • Progression systems
  • Virtual item values

Such modifications may occur without prior notice.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

12. No Gambling

Battle Joker Round is an entertainment game only.

The Game does not provide:

  • Cryptocurrency rewards
  • Redeemable monetary rewards

All in-game items and currencies are for entertainment purposes only and cannot be exchanged for real-world value.

13. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You engage in cheating or fraudulent activities.
  • You disrupt the operation of the Service.

Termination may result in the loss of game progress, virtual items, and account access.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
